How is 3AM different from other recruiting agencies?

How do you source candidates?

We tap into our proprietary PMM network built through years of community involvement, plus targeted sourcing, niche PMM communities, and direct outbound to passive candidates. The best PMMs aren't always actively job searching, but they're in our network.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

Our rigorous screening and evaluation process makes this unlikely; we only send you candidates who have the PMM skills and stage experience you need. But just in case, we include a 90-day guarantee. If your new PMM doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we'll find you a replacement at no additional cost.
